What Stedia is
An AI operating layer for organizations. Chat with connected tools, lock Custom Agents to a playbook, and schedule work that runs on a cadence.
You already have Linear, Gmail, GitHub. Stedia is where you tell an agent to use them.
Describe the work in plain language. The agent acts in those tools, asks before it writes, and leaves something you can open later: a thread, an artifact, a scheduled run.
Every user belongs to an organization. A solo workspace is still an organization. There is no personal mode outside tenancy.
Three pieces
Connectors. First-party integrations (GitHub, Linear, Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, Shopify, WHOOP) plus custom HTTP connectors from Connector Studio and remote MCP servers.
Custom Agents. Org-owned personas with a locked tool set and instructions. Starting a thread from /agents stamps that persona on the thread.
Scheduled runs. Jobs that fire on a cadence. Pre-authorized tools run unattended. Everything else waits for approval.
These three work as one product. A Custom Agent can use the same connectors as chat. A schedule can write into a chat thread.
Writes wait
Reads run. Creates, sends, and merges show Approval required. Click Approve or Deny on the tool card. That is the product, not a warning on the side.
