Contact support
Send the Stedia team a problem, an idea, feedback or a question, and follow it in Stedia.
Select Contact support next to Support in the sidebar to report a problem, suggest an improvement, give feedback or ask a question. Choose which one under What is it about?. Support in the sidebar, or the Support icon in the header on a phone, opens your requests. Support stays available when your subscription does not allow chat.
Send a request
- Enter a subject and describe what happened. Include what you expected instead.
- Add steps to reproduce the problem, if you know them.
- Optionally attach a PNG, JPEG or WebP screenshot, up to 3 MB. Remove confidential information first. You can preview or remove the image before sending.
- Open Technical details to review the context, then select Send request.
Stedia captures the page when you open the form. Closing the panel keeps your draft during this visit. Discard draft clears it; refreshing the page or signing out also clears unsent text. A failed submission keeps your text. If the connection failed after sending, retry the same submission before starting another report.
After saving, Stedia shows your request number and View request. You can submit up to five new requests per hour. Descriptions and replies can contain up to 10,000 characters each.
Follow your request
Support lists only your own requests. Open a request to read the activity and reply. Unread updates have a marker. Stedia emails you when the team asks a question, closes your request with an explanation, or a fix becomes available.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Received | Your request is saved. |
| Under review | We are checking the report. |
| Waiting for your reply | The team has asked a question. |
| Fix in progress | A confirmed problem is being addressed. |
| Fixed, coming in the next release | The fix has been merged and is awaiting delivery. |
| Resolved and available | The required deployments contain the fix. |
| Closed with explanation | The team has explained why no fix is needed. |
Replying to a question returns the request to Under review. Closing an internal issue does not by itself mark your problem as solved.
