Stedia

Get started

Sign in, set up a workspace, connect a tool, and get a first useful result.

This walkthrough takes you from a new account to a first result in a connected tool. Pick something real. "List my open Linear issues" beats a hello.

Three panels: sign in, connect a tool, ask for open Linear issues
Sign in, connect one tool, ask for something the tool already knows.

Open app.stedia.ai.

  1. Click Sign in with Google, or
  2. Click Sign in with company SSO, enter your work email, and continue if your org enabled Entra, or
  3. Expand Continue with email, then sign in with email and password. Passwords need at least 12 characters. Confirm the address from the email Stedia sends before you can use the account.

There is no password reset yet. If you lose an email password, use Google or company SSO.

If you were invited, open the invite link first. Accept it after you sign in.

Set up a workspace

The first time you land in the app, Stedia asks how you will use it.

  • Just me creates a personal workspace named after you. You can invite teammates later.
  • With my company asks for an organization name and can send invitations on the next step.
  • If you already have a pending invite, join that org. You can still set up your own workspace instead.

You always end in an organization. Switch orgs later from the user menu if you belong to more than one.

Connect a tool

  1. Open Connectors.
  2. Pick a connector that is ready to connect. Click Connect.
  3. Choose Personal or Organization. Organization shares the connection with everyone in the org. That option may require an admin.
  4. Pick how to sign in, then continue to the provider or paste credentials.

After the provider redirects back, the catalog shows the connector as connected.

Missing from the catalog?

The connector is off for the organization, or this Stedia install has not configured that provider. Ask an admin. Self-host operators: see Self-host.

Send a first message

  1. Go to Home.
  2. Type what you want done. Example: "List my open Linear issues assigned to me."
  3. Send. Stedia creates a thread and opens Chat.

If the action writes or sends, the agent asks you to Approve or Deny before it runs.

You can also start from Agents once someone created a Custom Agent, or write a one-off task on Scheduler.

Next

  • Chat for threads, attachments, web search, and sharing
  • Connectors for the rest of the catalog
  • Custom Agents to lock tools and instructions
