SharePoint
Connect SharePoint with a Microsoft account.
SharePoint uses Microsoft Graph OAuth, the same app registration as Outlook and Teams. If it is missing from the catalog, this install has not set the Microsoft Graph app.
Connect
- Open Connected tools → SharePoint → Connect.
- Choose Personal or Workspace.
- Click Continue to SharePoint and approve access.
The Azure app needs delegated Sites.ReadWrite.All and Files.ReadWrite.All in addition to the Outlook and Teams scopes.
Example prompts
Type one into a chat, or use it as a schedule's task.
- "Search SharePoint for the latest travel expense policy and summarize it in five points."
- "List the items in the 'Customer complaints' list that are still open."
- "Upload this report to the 'Reports' folder on the Finance site and create a sharing link."
Approvals
Reading (search, sites, libraries, files, lists) runs without a prompt. Upload, create folder, rename or move, delete, sharing links, and new list rows need approval.
Reading and uploading go up to 3 MB per file, and one upload takes up to 10 files, 3 MB in total. CSV and XLSX files come back as tables. SharePoint has no download action; to fetch a file into Stedia as a file, use OneDrive.
