OneDrive

OneDrive uses Microsoft Graph OAuth, the same app registration as Outlook, Teams and SharePoint. If it is missing from the catalog, this install has not set the Microsoft Graph app.

ConnectCopy Anchor Link

1. Open Connected tools → OneDrive → Connect.
2. Choose Personal or Workspace.
3. Click Continue to Microsoft OneDrive and approve access.

Personal and work or school Microsoft accounts both work. The Azure app needs the delegated Files.ReadWrite.All permission in addition to the Outlook and Teams scopes.

• Search by keyword, including files other people shared with you, and browse folders.
• Read text, Markdown, CSV and Excel files in place.
• Download a file into Stedia (up to 3 MB). Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OpenDocument files up to 2 MB can come as a PDF, which Stedia can read. Older .doc and .xls files and PowerPoint files only come as a PDF. The file appears in the chat, where you can open it or attach it to an email. Press Save to keep it in Resources; until then it stays with that chat.
• Upload files Stedia made, such as a report or a chart. An existing file with the same name is kept unless you ask to replace it.
• Create folders, rename, move, copy and delete. Deleted items go to the OneDrive recycle bin.
• Share by link or by email, see who has access, and take access away.

Reading (search, folders, file details, content, downloads, who has access) runs without a prompt. Uploading, new folders, rename or move, copy, delete, sharing links, sharing with people and removing access ask first.

A link that anyone can open needs a setting your administrator allows. Work accounts can also limit a link to your organization. Personal accounts cannot.
