Google Calendar
Connect Google Calendar with your Google account.
Google Calendar is OAuth only. If it is missing from the catalog, this install has not set the Calendar client.
Connect
- Open Connected tools → Google Calendar → Connect.
- Choose Personal or Workspace.
- Click Continue to Google Calendar and approve access.
What the agent can do
Read what is on your calendars, open a single event in full, book an event with guests, a repeat rule or a Google Meet link, reschedule or rename one, accept or decline an invitation, move an event to another calendar, and delete one.
It can also propose times. Give it the people you want to meet and it reads their free/busy (busy windows only, never what the events are) and comes back with slots everyone is free, inside working hours. Nothing is booked until you approve the event.
Say when you mean in plain words. "Tuesday at 09:00" uses the calendar's own timezone unless you name another one. All-day events work too.
Example prompts
Type one into a chat, or use it as a schedule's task.
- "What is on my calendar this week, and where do I have two free hours in a row?"
- "Find a 45-minute slot next week when anna@example.com and I are both free."
- "Move my Friday 9:00 meeting with the accountant to Monday at the same time."
Approvals
Reading runs without a prompt: listing calendars and events, opening one, checking availability, proposing slots. Creating, changing, deleting, answering and moving an event ask first, and so does creating a new calendar. For events, the card shows the times and the guest list before you approve.
Two things worth reading on the card. Changing the guest list replaces it: anyone missing from the list you approve is removed from the event. And deleting an event you organize cancels it for every guest; to say you personally cannot make it, decline the invitation instead.
