Gmail
Connect Gmail with your Google account.
Gmail is OAuth only. If it is missing from the catalog, this install has not set Gmail's Google Cloud client.
Connect
- Open Connected tools → Gmail → Connect.
- Choose Personal or Workspace.
- Click Continue to Gmail and approve access to the mailbox.
Stedia requests modify, send, and basic userinfo so it can key the mailbox.

Type one into a chat, or use it as a schedule's task.
- "Summarize the unread customer emails since yesterday and list the ones that need an answer today."
- "Draft a friendly reply to the latest email from Müller GmbH confirming delivery on Friday."
- "Find the last email from Lieferant AG with an invoice attached and tell me the amount due."
Approvals
Listing and reading mail, labels and drafts runs without a prompt. So does opening an attachment of up to 3 MB: it shows in the chat as a file you can save to Resources or download. Create draft, send, reply, forward, send draft, and trash ask first. Archive, star, and mark read do not.
You can attach Stedia files when sending or drafting: up to 10 files and 3 MB in total. A forward counts the original's attachments too.
