Facts Stedia keeps from conversations, and how to turn them off.
Open Memories.
The list is current facts the agent can use from your conversations. Search, delete one or many, or click Correct to remove a wrong fact and open chat.
Open conversation goes to the thread the fact came from.
Turn memory off
- Personal: Settings → Preferences → disable Remember facts about me.
- Organization: Settings → Agent settings → Organization memory. Owners only.
If org memory is off, or you opted out, the Memories page shows an inactive state.
Organization profile notes (standing text for every conversation) live under Agent settings. That is not the same as extracted facts.
